About this version: This website is hosted as static pages on Cloudflare Pages. It does not include the CMS or website database, and its forms do not store or submit records to a Maranatha server.
1. Information you choose to send
When you complete an enquiry or application-preparation form and select submit, your browser prepares a message and opens WhatsApp to the Academy’s published number. The page does not send the form fields to a website database. Review the prepared message carefully and choose whether to send it.
2. Supporting documents
Files selected in this static form are not uploaded to this website. If the Academy asks for a supporting document, you must attach it manually in WhatsApp or use another submission channel confirmed by the Academy. Do not send unnecessary sensitive information.
3. WhatsApp and external services
If you choose to send the message, WhatsApp handles it under its own service terms and privacy policy. The website also links to third-party services such as Google Maps, Google Fonts, Bootstrap CDN assets and the Academy’s official social channels, each of which may process technical connection data.
4. No automatic application record
This static version does not generate application reference numbers, store scholarship submissions, or display live application status. Contact the Academy directly to confirm the official submission method, eligibility requirements and status of an existing application.
5. Contact and corrections
For privacy questions or requests relating to information you have sent to the Academy, use the published contact details on the Contact page. The Academy should review this notice against its operational and legal requirements before treating it as a formal policy.
